Allegro Moscato was California’s first Moscato made exclusively from Muscat Canelli. Allegro Moscato is handcrafted from our very own estate grown grapes. Our vineyard is located on the banks of the Kings River in the San Joaquin Valley, next to our winery. San Joaquin Valley’s rich, fertile soils, combined with the prevailing warm weather create ideal conditions for promoting fully ripened flavours.
Austerity Wines are made with fruit from exceptional, but lesser known AVAs along California's Central Coast, where grapes capable of producing extraordinary wines. They source from up-and-coming appellations including Arroyo Seco, Monterey County, and Paso Robles.
Backhouse wines originate from select vineyards located in California’s acclaimed Northern Interior, Sacramento Delta and Central Coast winegrowing regions. Day Owl Rosé is pressed with minimal skin contact that features juicy fruit flavour with the help of cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Day Owl Rosé radiates with floral red fruit and vibrant orange zest vibes. Day Owl Rose has a lively acidity and a dry, elegant finish.
Exitus is a fermented in American stainless steel, and then aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Exitus is deep ruby in colour with aromas of blackberry compote, leather and dark chocolate. Bourbon barrel aging imparts aromas of fire-toasted oak, baking spice, caramel and loose-leaf tobacco.
