The Ardara Distillery sits on the Show Field in the historic town of Ardara which overlooks the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way. All the company’s distilling operations are in based in Ardara where the 500,000LPA distillery produces grains-in triple distilled whiskeys and largely savoury gins. Distillery brands Ardara Heavily Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey, Compliant and non compliant pot still whiskeys and savoury gins using Seaweed and other coastal botanicals. All our processes are geared to maximum character, fusing Donegal's distilling heritage with very best of modern distilling technology.
