His career spans leading venues including 69 Colebrooke Row and Satan’s Whiskers in London, Bar Americano in Melbourne, and Tippling Club in Singapore, where he served as Group Director of Bars. He also worked as Senior Creative Consultant at Proof Creative, collaborating with leading hospitality groups and venues.
