Sid Patel is the Founder and CEO of Beverage Trade Network, a leading U.S.-based drinks media, events, and B2B networking platform connecting the global beverage alcohol industry. He is also the host of the International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS), one of the leading global trade events focused on bulk wine, bulk spirits, private label, contract bottling, and sourcing solutions for the beverage alcohol industry.
Through Beverage Trade Network, Sid oversees a portfolio of more than 16 international trade events, competitions, media assets, and business platforms designed to help wineries, distilleries, breweries, distributors, and retailers grow sales and expand market access.
Under his leadership, BTN organizes major global trade events including IBWSS San Francisco & UK, USA Trade Tasting, Future Wine Expo, Cannabis Drinks Expo, and Cannabis Food Show. The company also owns and operates influential competitions and media platforms including the Sommeliers Choice Awards, London Wine Competition, London Spirits Competition, BevRoute Magazine, SommelierBusiness.com, and other trade-focused business platforms serving the global beverage alcohol industry.
In addition to his media and events expertise, Sid brings hands-on industry experience as a former wine brand owner and operator of wholesale wine businesses in New Jersey and Delaware.
