Stephanie Macleod is the Director of Blending, Scotch Whisky at Bacardi, where she oversees blending, innovation, and whisky quality across one of the world’s most respected Scotch portfolios, including Dewar’s, Aberfeldy, Aultmore, Craigellachie, Royal Brackla, and William Lawson’s. With a background in food science and sensory analysis, Stephanie joined Bacardi in 1998 and became Dewar’s first female Master Blender in 2006 — only the seventh person in the brand’s history to hold the role.

Widely recognized as one of the whisky industry’s leading experts in blending and premium Scotch whisky, Stephanie has been named Master Blender of the Year multiple times by the International Whisky Competition. Today, as Director of Blending, she leads innovation, quality, and long-term whisky strategy while helping shape the future of Scotch whisky for global consumers. At IBWSS UK, Stephanie brings deep expertise on blendng, whisky supply, premiumization, and creating liquids that resonate with evolving market demand.
